I just saw a video of some guy who made rocket pack bullets to a real world gun. This appears to be the shotgun version of that bullet.

Bad weapons, not working against high threat, charger and titan, and everything who need armor piercing. So you are stuck with two explosives weapons (this one, and the quasar) and you miss one main weapons for clearing little threat... this weapons is not viable at all.

Basically a semi-automatic un-bouncy grenade launcher
