Let’s take a ride on THE AMERICAN EAGLE at Six Flags Great America - front row! 🎢🙌 🦅 🇺🇸 147’ first drop 66mph top speed Opened in 1981 as the world’s fastest, tallest, and longest wooden roller coaster I have so many great memories riding this with my parents and with friends growing up. When it was in its prime and still able to race, the ride was truly special. Are you a Six Flags Great America Eagle fan? WGN Morning News
