Seems like one of the strip casinos would try to hire/work with Golden Tiki to open up a tiki bar- they are the pros for sure.

Why would they even waste the time, money or effort on that? Well, that's about how busy that place is going to be after it opens, too. And instant (and very obvious) flop.
