His name is Josh Longood, an Ohio native, a true hero who saved the day and helped take control of the situation. Josh was on a flight home to Chicago from his brother's bachelor's party in Puerto Rico when another passenger allegedly assaulted a flight attendant who attempted to pick up his bag and then attempted to open an emergency exit door on the Frontier flight. The only thing she could think of is to call 9-1-1. The police and fire department came out and was able to help her put it back. I hear this enough that I think this is a subject you might want to let passengers or family members know about. It's pretty easy, but if you haven't seen this before, it might not be obvious in an emergency. I do know Tesla is looking into a design chance for this but I am not sure when this will be incorporated.
