The late convicted sex offender Jeffrey Epstein may have left a suicide note following an earlier incident about three weeks before his death, The New York Times reported. However, that note has been sealed in a separate case for nearly seven years and remains out of public view. In a statement to CBS News, the Department of Justice said it was unaware of the letter until now.

A large share of the Epstein files may now be out in the public, but there are still plenty that remain unreleased. Vox’s Astead spoke with Democratic Rep. Ro Khanna of California who says what has been released is “not a good look for the elite class.”

🚨 Jeffrey Epstein's "suicide note" found by his cellmate after the first attempt was hidden from investigators and the public... A federal judge is now being asked to unseal it... He told psychologists he had “no interest in killing himself” right before he died by suicide... Nothing to see here, right..?

Rep. Ro Khanna: A new precedent has been set in America today. Before this we had the Trump rule. Trump defied a congressional subpoena with the J6 committee. Now we have the Clinton rule, that Presidents and their families have to testify. That means Trump has to come before the committee and explain what he knew about Epstein

PROOF EPSTEIN DID NOT COMMIT SUICIDE? EXCLUSIVE: Author of Naked Lies, Epstein investigator and independent journalist Jay Beecher reads a brand new note from Jeffrey Epstein’s brother claiming he has seen a report proving that Jeffrey Epstein DID NOT commit suicide in his Manhattan jail cell. “I have just spoken to Jeffrey Epstein’s brother Mark Epstein who has given me a brief statement… His message to me [was]... The DOJ is fearful with all the new information out there the suicide story is falling apart. The report now being peer reviewed will conclusively show that he could not have died from a suicide or hanging. The report will be released after the peer review process is over, should be by the month’s end.” Watch The Matt Gaetz Show on YouTube TV Today!

NEW: Jeffrey Epstein purportedly wrote a su*cide note before he allegedly killed himself, which is currently under seal by a federal judge. According to the New York Times, the note was found by Epstein's cellmate just weeks *before* he died. Cellmate Nicholas Tartaglione says the note said, 'time to say goodbye,' but it is unclear what else it contained. "The Times has not seen the note and could not find it in the Epstein files. A [DOJ] spokeswoman said the agency had not seen it," the NYT reported. "A cryptic two-page chronology in the records describes how the note became tangled up in Mr. Tartaglione’s messy legal case. The chronology says that Mr. Tartaglione’s lawyers authenticated the note, though it does not explain how," the NYT continued.

🚨NEW: Watch footage of Jeffrey Epstein’s cell block the night before he was found dead. This footage is from the one of only two cameras that were recording in Epstein’s housing unit. This is the first three hours, from around 7:40 p.m. to shortly after 10:40 p.m., when Epstein was locked in his cell. He was found dead the next morning at 6:30 a.m. The camera in the hallway where Epstein’s cell was located wasn’t recording, nor was the camera covering one of the elevator bays that led to Epstein’s floor. This footage was leaked to Axios as part of the FBI’s attempt to convince the public that Epstein indeed killed himself.
