Uniswap V4 hooks have solved the inefficient liquidity problem, and just like PumpFun revolutionized the bonding curve, hooks will revolutionize the underlying liquidity. In honor of $HOOKR hitting ATH’s, I decided to make another video explaining the importance of Hooks. Liquidity pools have failed at maximizing the value of the underlying dollar, that will change soon. Seeing some really innovative hooks beginning to get spun up: - leverage liquidity hook: enable borrowing, and leverage on all liquid liquidity Pools - Arbitrage hooks: pre-define slippage, and block malicious arbitrage bots by removing the arbitrage within the same block as the TX. These fees can go back towards strengthening liquidity Pools. - Idle dollar hooks: while liquidity pool said idle, the opportunity cost of yield remains, with this hook, you can now earn ~3-4% APY when the LP’s are sitting idle Uniswap V4 hooks are still so new, but within 3 to 6 months, every liquid pool will have one or multiple hooks on top of it, that I am confident about. Make sure you understand how they work before you miss the boat.
