"The next six months for the establishment is very precarious," warns former asset manager Edward Dowd. "If they collapse it [economy] before the election, it's because they lost control." "They're going to try to pump this up and keep it going. The jobs report in the US just came...

"They're going to need a war so big it's going to have to be World War 3 without nukes...to justify the spending they need...[&] What's going on in Israel & Palestine...has the potential to drag in the US & Iran & start a global war." — Ed Dowd, November 11, 2023 This clip of former BlackRock fund manager and founder of Phinance Technologies Edward Dowd (Edward Dowd) is from an interview with James Delingpole (James Delingpole) posted to Rumble in November of 2023. ---------------Partial transcription of clip---------------- "Well, they need the war to. So a lot of people in finance understand this. For the banking system writ large around the globe. It's called inflate or die. Deflation is the bane of all existence for bankers, but it's actually good for the common man because prices go down, but when prices go down, collateral goes down. When collateral goes down, you go bankrupt. "So we've had a constant series of inflations and wars usually kick us out of inflation. After the Great Depression, World War II saved the global economy and reinflated. Then we had the Vietnam War and it's a cycle of wars. We had the Afghanistan, Iraqi War, then we had the COVID War. The next war, they're going to need a war so big it's going to have to be World War three without nukes and, or an alien invasion to justify the spending they need. Because without the spending you have deflationary pressures which cause bankers to get very nervous. "So whether they plan them or they happen because of the system, I don't know. But let's talk about what's going on in Israel and Palestine. That's right on time. Right on time. And right in an area where, it's so controversial, it's going to create a lot of emotion and rage, which it is. I look on Twitter every day and there are people screaming at each other about what's going on. And it has the potential to drag in the US and Iran and start a global war potentially. And it's going to cause oil prices to go up. "And, there's already suspicion, super early. I've seen some Twitter accounts, I've read some articles, that how do the intelligence agencies of the world not know that Hamas is going to do this? You know, there was reports on the ground in Israel that the borders were wide open. Former people that were in the military said, you know, a cat can't cross the Gaza Strip border without alarm bells going off, that something very suspicious occurred. So was this [the October 7th attacks] Israel's Pearl Harbor where they knew it was coming and they let it happen anyways? We don't know. But there's enough smoke around this to suggest that, they probably, you know, Netanyahu and his folks probably were very happy this happened. "You gotta ask the question, cui bono? Who benefits? And it's not the Palestinian normal people or the normal Israeli people. It's Hamas and the Israelis government that benefits because they both get money, because people are going to fund each side."

Former BlackRock fund manager Ed Dowd on what is and isn't "sus" about the SpaceX IPO "This... [is a] classic venture capital exit maneuver. The IPO is the liquidity event" "What's different... is they accelerated the timeline where the insiders can sell. That's a little... 'sus'" "[Also,] what is untoward about it, in many classic investors' viewpoints, is it's being priced at an outrageous multiple—about 95 [to] 100 times revenues. That's just absurd" "So I suspect this is going to do what a lot of IPOs do. It's going to deflate over the next six to 12 months and people will lose money who bought it here, as the insiders cash out" "[There's also] usually... a seasoning period for an IPO of at least up to a year [for the] NASDAQ[, but it] dispensed with that. The S&P was rumored to do the same thing, but the S&P decided, no, no, we're not changing our rules for Elon" "Also, the lockup period is accelerated way more than it typically is. So people are going to punch out of their shares" "What this means is people who have been in this company, employees, VCs, private, private family offices, they're going to get their liquidity" "I was talking to a guy on the Street a couple of weeks ago, and his fund sold it last year, and they thought it was already overpriced at $400 billion and so they're very mad at themselves because they got out before $1.5 trillion" "what's gone on here is absolutely absurd. It's worth $400 billion last year, now it's $1.7 trillion. What's changed? Nothing other than hype. So this is classic bubble behavior" "I have nothing to say about SpaceX the company per se... it could be a great stock at a much lower valuation, but it all depends. People have to separate the stock price from the company. Great companies and great stocks are two different things" Shannon Joy Edward Dowd

🔥"The...concern I have is the bioweapon that was released on us, the vaccines...That needs to be communicated effectively in the new administration—that something bad happened...it was the greatest crime I've ever seen, greatest fraud ever perpetrated on a populace."🔥 Former BlackRock fund manager and founder of Phinance Technologies Edward Dowd (Edward Dowd) describes for Michael Farris (Michael Farris) how a major concern he has are the "bioweapons" also—falsely—referred to as COVID "vaccines" that have been "released on us." Dowd notes that he would like to see see the incoming Trump administration communicate that "something bad happened" and would also like to see the poison injections (**my term**) "pulled." "[One] concern I have is the bioweapon that was released on us, the vaccines, and the actual virus itself was a bioweapon," Dowd says. "That needs to be communicated effectively in the new administration—that something bad happened." He adds, "I would like to see the mRNA vaccines pulled, and I'd like to see a national discussion and people brought to justice over what happened the last four years because it was the greatest crime I've ever seen, greatest fraud ever perpetrated on a populace." Dowd goes on to say: "There's a large swath of people that don't know why they're getting sick and having problems. You gotta remember there's a funnel. There's three categories: There's the injured, the disabled, and the dead. The dead, as as much as we focus on the dead, the good news is...[they're] the smallest amount of people. The next biggest category is disabled, and then there's the injured. And the problem is you can move from one bucket to the next. And if you don't know what the root cause of the problem is, meaning vaccine injury that could lead to these different stages, you're never addressing the root problem, which is the spike protein. "So when people go into doctors right now presenting with cancers and neurological issues and it's just, 'Oh, it's Alzheimer's. Oh, it's liver cancer. Oh, it's this. It's that.' Well, maybe it's the manufacturing of spike protein constantly in your body that's causing this, and maybe we should try to come up with protocols that take care of that to some extent. And right now, there's a large portion of the population that has no clue. No clue."

10 Shocking Stories the Media Buried Today #10 - Trump has inherited a “turd of an economy,” and when things “roll over,” he’ll be the one blamed for it. This dire news comes from COVID vaccine data analyst and former BlackRock asset manager Ed Dowd. Dowd predicts things could “unravel anytime between now and March.” And if the incoming Trump administration doesn’t “get out in front of the narrative,” then they are “going to get blamed for what is coming.” According to Dowd, America should have already entered a recession by “the second half of 2023.” However, “The government went on a spending spree... which gave the economy a bit more life.” “The real economy (not the stock market) has been rolling over,” Dowd lamented, “and we’re just waiting for the financial markets to figure this out. They will. And when they do, unfortunately, Trump will inherit turd of a financial market crisis.” Dowd added that he has insights into “some interesting indicators” that suggest the economy has “nowhere to go but the other direction [down].” Although the short-term economic future looks grim, Dowd mentioned some “good news.” And the good news is that Trump is the incoming president. Under Trump’s leadership, Dowd believes, the looming financial mess can be dealt with much better than if Harris won the office. “Now, the good news is that Trump is in office, and his policies will be far better than under the Biden administration. If Harris had won, I’d be far gloomier. There will be pain, but I believe it can be mitigated somewhat,” Edward Dowd said. (See 9 More Revealing Stories Below)
