The NFA should be eliminated completely. Yet budget reconciliation gives us a rare opportunity to take a chunk out of it by removing the tax & registration on suppressors & short-barreled firearms. We must keep these 2A victories in the One Big Beautiful Bill.

Eliminating suppressor and SBR taxes through the One Big Beautiful Bill is a critical step toward dismantling this unconstitutional regime. But let’s be clear: the $200 stamp was never about revenue—it was a backdoor ban. While this reform is progress, the bill’s $1.7B revenue loss estimate proves the NFA’s true purpose was regulatory sabotage, not fiscal policy. Now, redirect those ATF resources to securing the border instead of harassing gun owners. Real victory means abolishing the NFA entirely, but until then, crushing its funding and bureaucracy is a win for liberty.

Every gun law, ban, restriction, regulation, tax, license, registration, fingerprinting,etc is unequivocally unconstitutional &this has been going on for nearly 100 years. We will eventually get a USAG that will actually enforce the Constitution, 2nd A, and prosecute politicians

Don’t tell me the United States Constitution is the Law of the Land until it really is. Second Amendment Freedom depends upon where you live. The only people that have full 2nd Amendment Freedom & Liberty are the Government and the Police. Where is our 2nd Amendment Freedom?
