I get not doing it for regular season games with several games going on at once. They should do this for playoffs and when MNF/TNF/Holiday games.

The NFL needs to redo its rulebook and redefine gross holding and interference and let the other stuff go. Simplify not complicate and slow down. Every play in the NFL currently has penalties all over them if you pick them apart. Replay is helpful but not the answer.
