@NickFerrariLBC How much of that is the test & trace budget, and costs for useless PPE you loaded onto the NHS. I’d also be keen to know if you loaded the Nightingale hospital costs onto the NHS too. Lets see the figures with those costs stripped out. Suspect it will give a different picture.
