The NYPD just attacked student protesters making at least 10 arrests. Protesters marched in the street for 2 hours without issue. They tried to march through city hall park, were told to get off the sidewalk, then were arrested for being in the street.

Like the plot to a dystopian movie, New York will now monitor social media writings, collect data, and use law enforcement to crack down on any expression it deems to be hate speech.

This is a version of kettling: attacking and arresting those who try to comply with impossible orders. Note too the White Shirt NYPD leadership leading the punching of random protesters, as usual.
