When I watched your video differentiating between managers and leaders I learned why I wasn’t thriving in managerial roles 😀 I’m more of a visionary than a people chaser 😁👌 I applaud all managers though 🙌🏾

Here to say that being a manager is not a bad thing, leaders need managers to excute. You can also be a manager and apply elements of leadership like influence, this will set you apart.
