Fascinating! I've seen how mindfulness practices can rewire our brains to focus on the present. What's one area in your life where you're working to shift from catastrophic to compassionate thinking?

I have done a lot of work over the years and rarely engagement in catastrophic thinking anymore! How about you?

@MindTendencies2 9:10 times it never happens anyway

@MindTendencies2 There is a study that shows that 85% of the things you worry about never happen. A lot of wasted time and energy!

@MindTendencies2 Great advice!

@MindTendencies2 Catastrophic thinking is a trauma response. The key to healing is through regulating the nervous system and increasing capacity to feel safe and present in your body.

@MindTendencies2 All overreactivity is a trauma response. I speak a lot to healing the subconscious to promote nervous system regulation as it is often a limiting belief that products the symptology of the overthinking.

Dope 🙏
