The political leadership in the district is in shambles, across parties.

We also count on the voice of American business in our relations with the United States. Our defense is a shared one, and American systems in Ukraine protect not only lives, but also businesses. We are systematically building our cooperation: from reconstruction to defense and technology. Everything must be implemented. We are also taking the necessary steps to ensure that entrepreneurs are heard and that everyone plays by the same fair and equal rules. I thank all the companies and entrepreneurs who support Ukrainian defense and continue working in Ukraine to strengthen our shared resilience.

In comparison, the IT industry in the Mangaluru region has a turnover of about ₹4,500 crore, with an estimated salary bill of ₹1,800 crore. Now imagine this. Through the Silicon Beach of India program, the Mangaluru region aspires to employ 200,000 IT professionals and generate nearly $5 billion in revenue over the next 10 years. When this vision is realized, the region will create at least ₹18,000 crore of annual disposable income, triggering a massive economic stimulus. It gave me goosebumps hearing the vision behind the Silicon Beach Program from Rohith Bhat when we spoke to him on ಮುಂದೆ ಬನ್ನಿ. This is the story of a man who not only built something big from a small town, but is now working to build an entire ecosystem for the region.
