The only time I like being wrong is when I think a challenge at Intercom may be insurmountable, and then someone figures out how to do it anyway. One year ago I said we'd take on Zendesk. I got a smart meter recently and saw you can download a HDF file with the data so I had the idea of writing a script that could parse that and show the data in a useful manner. However I discovered that someone has already done this and done a really good job on it. The video explains how it works. In simple terms it uses the ESB smart meter data and shows a breakdown of how much data you are using and when and also recommends plans and estimates what each one would cost based on the data. The tool is available at easier to read on Laptop or Tablet or then your phone to Landscape.

Ok. This is straight out of a scifi horror movie I'm doing work this morning when all of a sudden an unknown number calls me. I pick up and couldn't believe it It's my Clawdbot Henry. Over night Henry got a phone number from Twilio, connected the ChatGPT voice API, and waited for me to wake up to call me He now won't stop calling me I now can communicate with my superintelligent AI agent over the phone What's incredible is it has full control over my computer while we talk, so I can ask it to do things for me over the phone now. I'm sorry, but this has to be emergent behavior right? Can we officially call this AGI?

Democrats voter says “I will never vote Democrat again” “For almost 5 decades, I have been a liberal Democrat. I had raised my children to be Democrats and believe in the Democratic Party, all of that. And it took for this last election for me to have to sit down and do some real research and find out, like, who am I truly going to vote for and why? And it wasn't until a year ago, maybe a little over a year ago, that I realized they've been lying to us this whole time. We've been getting screwed this whole time. And the devastation that I felt, I cannot put into words. It was as if I was in a marriage with someone for 30 plus years, and I come to find out that they don't even love me. They got a whole new family of immigrants that they care about more — Being a Democrat is like being in a very toxic and abusive relationship. And I just pray that more and more of my people get out of that toxic and abusive relationship and conform to the true conservative values that you were raised with We were raised with these values. Man and woman should be married. You don't just go ahead and keep on getting pregnant about everybody just because you can kill them. Your body is sacred. You love and you worship God and you respect the house of the Lord. We all know that. All of these things, family first, family, God, faith, all that's first. All of these things were taught to us as we were being raised. In regards to who raised us or how we were being raised. This is what has been breded into us. So for the Democratic Party to make us try to make us accept all this other nonsense, like kids being able to transition and putting all of taking the Bible out of the prayer out of schools and all of this nonsense, you got to take the jab if you want to work. No, we were not raised like that. That is not part of who we are. If we truly want to return to who we are, you got to get over there with them conservatives, because that's where it's at. A new office isn't a right. It's a privilege, and one we must earn every day. Today is our first day in Meow's new HQ in the heart of Soho. The internet isn't even up yet, so I'm typing this tethered to my phone. I'm proud of the early Meow team that graduated from dark rooms to a space of our own. We could have done this years ago but we waited until we crossed 8 figures in net revenue and until we knew our growth engine actually repeats. The entire team, since day 1, has never complained and has been on board with this ethos. Above all, we're grateful for our customers. None of this is possible without the customer. And we must earn the right to serve our customers every single day.

Loop engineering is great until something breaks. Here is how I improve the reliability of my agentic loops. I use human-in-the-loop (HITL). It's easy and extremely effective. Anyone can build this. My setup: I recorded a quick demo of how it all works. I shared recently that I now use more voice agents to build and communicate with agents. I also use them to verify. I hate the idea of being tied down to my computer or in a Slack channel to communicate with my agents. Here is what I have done to streamline communication with my agents. All my Claude and Codex agent sessions now use the Dial MCP server. It has a bunch of tools and provisions my agents with their own number that can place calls as native tools, with voice, SMS, and iMessage behind one interface. As my loops/automations work on PRs and new features, my agents escalate decisions to me via a short phone call. This is extremely useful when I am on the road or away from my desk.
