Awesome tip. This is way better than the other ways I’ve tried to use a band with pull ups.

Even better if you use a rounded rack pin so that the edges of the jcup don’t start to tear into the band

Bands are freaking awesome

But I do think he needs to lose weight.

Improvise and adapt. Gotta put my knees on the bands but it’s the only space I have right now for pull-ups.

But we’re going 1-rep sets, no? 😉
