Trailers were so much different 50 years ago. This really makes the film feel ominous and eerie in a way that it really isn't; if this was a trailer for Empire Strikes Back, it would be more fitting. Nowadays, a trailer for this film would have loud blaring music, overdramatic "BWAAS," and probably a recognizable pop song. Oh, and don't forget the one-liner after the title drop.
