This is the issue with many people regarding the ending of LOST. You can dislike it for your own reasons, but thinking it’s the worst ending because “it was all a dream” is just wrong when it was explained in the finale itself, everything was real.

This is the complete Original ending to 1987 FATAL ATTRACTION It only played in test screenings, and audiences hated it because it's much darker, sinister, but also more realistic to the character. Glenn Close and Michael Douglas were extremely upset the studio didn't use it.

The original Wicker Man is quite a brilliant film which is sadly overshadowed by the silly Cage remake. The scene for instance where Willow drums on the walls of the protags bedroom & sings to him BTW if he just shagged her it would have prevented the village sacrificing him 💦😬

Yknow thinking about the scene where Anakin gets burned, there are three things I wanna point out, Its custom for when a Jedi dies that they’re bodies are burned, him being burned alive is symbolic of Anakin, the Jedi, being gone Obi-Wan once told Anakin his lightsaber was his life, he takes his lightsaber here, which his him accepting that his friend is gone It’s also a callback/forward to ROTJ’s ending, where we see Vader being given a Jedi funeral Anakin’s Fall and Redemption was symbolized by his body burning
