Yet General Sibiya knew what was happening in the Mokwena case and did not see any wrongdoing. On the other hand, General Mkhwanazi came out and informed the nation about the wrongdoing in that case. Despite this, General Sibiya has the audacity to mislead the country and act as though he respects the badge. A person like Sibiya must never set foot in #SAPS again. He is dangerous. This conduct from a Deputy National Commissioner is unacceptable. He must be charged as soon as possible.`
