I know they are frozen, and the EU has stated it will use the interest from this money to rebuild Ukraine. But shouldn't all this money go to Ukraine's recovery to ensure that Putin no longer has access to it? - I think this is all part of the negotiations with President Putin, so I don't believe we should confiscate them immediately. It is a bargaining chip on the table during a major negotiation process. And we'll see if part or all of the funds will go to Ukraine's recovery. - SK

since everyone woke up talking about loops, this article talks about domain chips, which i think are super underrated compared to loops.. a chip is a small specialist that's only good at one job QA, trading, content, research whatever ... and not one giant brain trying to do everything.. you wrap it in three things: >a workflow (same shape every time, so it's stable) >the tools that job needs >a benchmark that says what good looks what makes this special is the benchmark; without it, a loop just changes things randomly, when with it, the chip can score every pass and keep only what actually wins.. the problem with loops is they can spin 1000× and still not improve when a domain chip not only focuses on the domain you delegate to them, but they actually improve themselves with every spin. you can start with domain chips here this repo will help you build your first chip, the workflow, the benchmark pack, and the autoloop policy, with guardrails so it can't fool itself: below you can read the article fully + i put a good example of the difference between having a normal loop and a domain chip..

That's the chip that is going into our next generation of self-driving cars, and it's also essential for the Optimus robot. So that chip program was in bad shape. It wasn't closing because it's quite an ambitious chip design, and it really wasn't on a path to success. And then we also had the Dojo program, which was doing okay but not on a path to be competitive with NVIDIA. So I collapsed the two programs into just one program, which is to get everyone focused on the AI5 chip, which is essential. Continue to use NVIDIA for training, but we need the AI5 inference chip, which is a very powerful chip, but it's also a very low-power chip. So it doesn't use a lot of power. Its performance per watt is extremely good. I think it's probably going to be at least 2 to 4 times better than NVIDIA performance per watt at the inference level in the car and the robot.
