Paris is owned by Caesars. Got to pay the CEO their bonuses, so cut on maintenance, lay off desk clerks, and nickel and dime every customer. THIS is the Caesars corporate business model, pitting one department against another so the execs and shareholders can rake in the graft.

Pretty much all Strip properties. Lived here 30 years and could never figure out why they can't do remote check-in and kiosks. Why would you have people waiting in line for 90 minutes when they could be gambling in the casino?

Great hotel for a lot of reasons but check in/check out is primarily like this all the time and are kiosks rarely work. Thank goodness for their players club diamond and above.
