Shareholders are being told by @Fidelity and @CharlesSchwab etc that we must wait until July 28th to complete the transfer of our IOND shares. Without intervention, it is looking like our shares will not be available for trading on Day 1.

You dipshits sent out emails to thousands of shareholders telling them the S-1 was complete and it was now time to contact their brokers to initiate transfers from Odyssey. Turns out the Brokers can't even pull up the IOND ticker or the CUSIP. With Transfer Agent-to-Broker transfers taking an average of 2-6 business days and $IOND trading starting just 5 days, it's gonna be interesting to see what happens on Day 1 when only a select few privileged individuals are able to trade while most others are stuck treading water. If this stock runs and dumps in 1-2 days then thousands will be disenfranchised due to listing incompetence. 4 years of painstaking effort to give Celsius Creditors the best possible outcome and chances of financial recovery potentially down the drain just like that.

Hey @IonicDigital pls have your corporate counsil get in touch with Odyssey and inform them of keeping thousands of shareholders and folks at brokers busy for nothing - and don't pay the invoice

@IonicDigital, I contacted Charles Schwab today (I have been a client for over 15 years) 3 seperate times to work thru transfer of shares online. “Official” Schwab feedback on my 3rd call - Charles Schwab will not initiate transfer of shares until IOND goes public

Except all these brokerages are not even recognizing IOND yet and will not allow transfers

"You can move your shares anytime" - lies! Nobody is able to move them at the moment before trading day, which results basically in a fake 2 day lock up period. And guess what, Ionic can sell their shares day 1! We are getting screwed again here.

I can't wait to see what this stock does on day 1 since it seems impossible for Celsius holders to transfer and even be able to sell on day 1... Can't wait to see who will profit off this...

Fidelity and Schwab won't transfer. stop misleading us and wasting our time and the brokerages time. Resolve this and report back asap. Shareholders have priority.

This is completely misleading. No brokerage will accept them if they’re not already registered. I tried with ETrade and had no success.

You cannot move shares into a brokerage until the 28th . IOND is not even recognized yet on NASDAQ.

Fidelity is not letting shares transfer until the 28th and who knows how long they will delay letting legacy holders trade. I'm not selling but others are frustrated. Same with another broker. What's going on? You need to adress this. Giving ionic a bad look from the getgo.

Why are you clowns posting this shit knowing not a SINGLE person has had success transferring shares? Absolute communications incompetence.

This is going to be very interesting when all the synthetic shares short $IOND on Day 1 and every shareholder is stuck watching corrupt MM's rob us before we even get our shares.

This is incorrect information we cannot initate a DRS until the shares are active on the 28th. Wouldn't expect anything less from this shit show.

Brokers will not transfer shares until it goes live on the 28th. After that it will take couple days to have them transferred.

So with my broker, which is one of the ones listed on the video, they think the shares are still restricted and therefore can’t be transferred until after the 28th. It hasn’t been as easy of a process as being advertised for me.

@CelsiusFacts IBKR told me the shares can't be transferred until they’re listed on the exchange, so nothing can be done before July 28th. Plus, the transfer itself takes 3 to 5 days, so we might end up having to wait who knows how long just to—maybe—get back our $20 per share.

I spoke with @Fidelity customer service this morning, and they do not recognize IOND for the purpose of transferring the shares.

You need to make another video explaining that we can’t transfer shares until the stock is live. @Fidelity said we would have to do a DTC transfer initiated by Odyssey after stock goes live & Fidelity decides to accept the stock instead of a DRS transfer. Update ur info please
