Mount Olivet Baptist Church is under fire for a VBS skit where the kids can be heard shouting "Take him out! Blow him up!" as folks dressed in army garb point guns and shoot multiple rounds into a man lying on the stage. Pastor Dewayne Walker explained on FB it, as it pertains to the illustration, "we have characters that represent good and right and God. And we have characters that represent evil, wrong, and that which should be avoided." As a result, it represent "commandos for Christ" killing the devil with the "gospel gun." Good motion!
