Starting in the 1960's, a powerful cabal of large financial institutions working with shadow figures changed state and federal laws to centralize the ownership of securities investments into the Depository Trust Company. And Justin T. Haskins believes it's entirely possible the CIA was involved in creating the Depository Trust Company.
