What's differences between demo, playtest, and early access?

Demo: A trial version that users can use as a reference for purchasing the product. Playtest: Not a product. Used for bug checking and feedback. Early access: An unfinished product. Used to raise funds for version upgrades. Early access is generally cheaper. It becomes more expensive when it becomes a finished version.
