If someone had fallen and struck the back of their head in this spot, you’d expect to see a pool of blood like this….not scattered droplets on top of a snowbank. Looks like something was poured on top to try to hide the blood.

I would bet hard earned money that the drywall was removed from the lower half of the wall and around the electrical box. No one owns a house for that many years and only drywalls the top half, no one!

Oil base i believe will keep from infrared detection but if its scraped and peeled up the underside should detect any blood, also in cracks of concrete if infrared used, also follow the stain flow to see if bleach also used.
