Joe watching his friend spiral and saying... bro, I see your passion, but dial it back. Come hang out. Enjoy life. And honestly? It's a message every leader needs to hear. Theo wasn't wrong. Both parties. Same shit. Leaders staying silent. But you can see it consuming him. That's the trap. Here's the hard truth. You can't lead anyone if you're drowning.
