The Note Jim Carrey's Girlfriend Wrote Before She Took Her Own Life Is Absolutely Chilling: She blamed him for exposing her to a life of debauchery. Here is the full story 👇

@katierazz Feels vindictive/punitive to want #PostOffceScandal decision makers to lose pensions/jobs/savings etc... but that is exactly what they did, knowingly, to thousands of staff. Innocent folks lost work, reputation, homes - so guilty people should too, surely? What are the odds?

@katierazz I absolutely felt and shared Ian Hislop’s rage and frustration on last night’s Peston. A lot of it deservedly directed at Jake Berry. Peston seemed to think it was a problem 🤷♀️

@katierazz Two of the very best in the business. Thank goodness for them, their work, and the media orgs that enable them to do it.

@katierazz Listening to Bradshaw today it would appear no lessons have been learnt

@BBCRosAtkins @katierazz But it did get away. They've been suffering for 20+yrs now & people have died in the meantime. Even the latest announcement won't be done till end of the year, when potentially more could have passed away. If not for one TV program the PO would be now walking away whistling

@MattFoot2 @katierazz Nick Davies had similar problems investigating the Phone-Hacking Scandal. If I remember right, he was thinking of giving it up, before getting a major breakthrough. ...and the rest, as they say...

@katierazz Ian Hislop is spot on (again) He's a great thorn in the side of the tories! Long may it continue

@katierazz Good on this triumvirate powerhouse to bring the issues to the fore. Can anyone please tell me if it's true that the panel working out compensation for PO staff did not include anyone from the mental health profession? How, then, would 'experts' put a price on trauma, stress etc?

@katierazz We owe so much to proper investigative journalism, but here's the thing. Over and over, we keep hearing about "fake news" and the failed MSM, even from a US President, so much so that it has eroded our confidence in news media. Is this why we've ignored the PO story so long?
