For most of human history, we were constantly grounded. It’s a bit more difficult in the modern world but well worth the extra effort. Let’s look at some examples of how truly powerful something as simple as grounding can be:

As for my own routine, I’m barefoot as much as possible when the climate allows. Then of course I run a footwear brand (we don’t make grounded shoes, maybe in the future) which I wear whenever I can’t be barefoot. @WydeFootwear
