The power of journaling. Theo Von
10 Comments

He’s spot on. When I write things down instead of typing, it’s easier remember, becomes more internalized. As for the dreams, there was a time where I would spend upwards of an hour every morning, writing them down in as much detail as I could remember. The more I did that, the more detailed the dreams became.

@TheoVon Writing our night dreams daily and using them as a door to increase our self-understanding is among the best ways to grow, discover who we are, and understand both our past and future.

@TheoVon Writing down is so powerful

@TheoVon I gotta see this interview! 🙌🏼

@TheoVon Never stop writing down your notes and goals on paper. There's a powerful force hidden behind this practice.

@TheoVon journaling is the secret to creating the life you want

@TheoVon This is my form of meditation-for me journaling is equally effective as a mechanism to get out of my own head, and also structure what is in my head. It’s on par with exercise as the biggest unlock for my mental health

@TheoVon Pen and paper journaling is a hundred times better. I still go ditigal with my @remarkablepaper but it's basically the same thing. Can't beat it.

@TheoVon With writing comes clarity. It gives you the ability to structures your thoughts. And to bring order into what can often be very chaotic.

@TheoVon What if there are no more dreams…?
