In psyche classes , we read so many studies that pointed in this direction, and so many ended with ppl in hospital getting well faster and having better mental health through it when ppl prayed with and for them. It was fascinating

Even if they weren't using specific prayers from the Bible and was focusing on the health and well-being of the person that would have probably affected them as well. Directed concentrated thought is energy and energy can affect/influence whether you believe in God or not.

Also proven through scans, same scenario, two groups, no brain “light up” when praying in tongues, but when intentional prayers spoken in english the brain “lit up” proving those were thinking about the words they were saying vs prayers in tongues was by the Holy Spirit😉love it

If you wander off to the New Age shelves in the wu-wu store or the library, you can find piles of books about vibrations and positive thoughts and rocks and focusing -- and if you read them, you eventually realize they are using every word they can to describe prayer without calling it "prayer."
