@POF_POD @GaryLineker Stadium costs are excluded for PSR purposes* * unless you’re Everton. Here have 2 points deductions and pay Burnley £40m

The CFCB found Aston Villa, Chelsea, Newcastle United and Nottingham Forest in breach of the squad cost rule for the 2025 calendar year. Liverpool, Arsenal, City, Spurs and United aren't on that list. A % cap is scale-invariant; football revenue is not. 70% of £703m is £492m of room. 85% of £222m is £189m. The rule doesn't restrain the biggest club but it restrains the smallest denominator, which is why three of the four clubs it caught were the ones trying to break in.

@POF_POD @GaryLineker "To preserve the status quo" Which simply translates to: "to protect the so called top 6"

@POF_POD @GaryLineker Villa doesn't want or need to buy trophies as we won the lot throughout history the fair way unlike City and Chelsea... What is needed is a spending cap for all clubs to stop 6 clubs from dominating every transfer window.
