I am in to this "image marketing restaurant" but that chinois medium, Turkish culture suggests you don’t need a sauce if the meat is good, sauce and excessive spices are to cover up the bad quality and I would expect an higher price actually.

Second restaurant all day long! I think Salt Bae has lost its charm and time of fame and now seriously hemorrhaging money as you can see with the quality (or lack thereof) of food and service. Usually the first sign of businesses going down, lack of quality control. Deplorable.
