This is why Jacob could say “God was here and i did not know” (Genesis 28:16). He knew God was Omnipresent, but at a point in time, God chose to make his presence manifest in certain place. As a believer in Christ, not only are you to be familiar with the indwelling presence of God in you, but because God lives in you, His presence can be manifest through you as well. The Psalms let us know that because God dwelt in the midst of the Israelites, the sea saw it and fled, the Jordan was turned back and even the mountains skipped like rams (Psalm 114:1-4). Through the manifest presence of God, you can experience tangible miracles often. It isn’t exclusive to Men of God alone, you also can be a carrier of God’s presence!
