part II: contribution 1. once ready, press continue 2. wait for all 27 circuits to complete (do not close the tab) 3. once done, your contribution is complete 4. optional: publish a public github gist to record your contribution

FAQ Q: how long will this take? A: 15-75min depending on your hardware and connection Q: why do I need to connect my github? A: to help prevent spam, no other data is collected Q: do I need to complete all 27 circuits? A: no, but try to complete as many as possible

Q: how many ceremony participants are needed? A: only one honest participant, however more participants is better Q: does the ceremony reveal any info about me? A: no entropy is written to disk or transmitted to the coordinator

Are the privacy guarantees of V1 the same? E.g. you apply surveillance externally as a form of gatekeeping and kicking people out, but once in activity is indiscernible?

v2 has the same compliance posture as v1 that said, v2 is a shielded pool design with stronger privacy affordances and more powerful features - private transfers - private payment requests - no separate seed phrase to back up - yield on deposits (opt-in) - zero fees - defi compatibility via intents + multisig and hardware support coming next
