Senator Abaribe's push to immortalize Professor Humphrey Nwosu, the man behind the June 12 election, reeks of political opportunism. Sure, Nwosu supervised a historic vote, but it was annulled leaving Nigeria with scars we’re still nursing. Why honor him now?

This is a pure humiliation to South east @NGRSenate . You couldn't allow them to present the motions completely. At least let @SenatorAbaribe finish his presentation, are we truly united in this country? This so heartbroken.. but other tribes can come up with disgusting motions
