They stopped hiking because it got too hard. They gave up tennis. They hesitate before the stairs they used to take without thinking. Congress is in trouble if they elect Mike Johnson as Speaker of the House. Why? Because Trump appears to be orchestrating this, which means Trump will likely have a huge amount of control over Congress. Why is that bad? It means that a government shutdown will likely take place.
