The physics understanders have logged on and are correcting my pedantry with still deeper pedantry.

Shots fired at Tenet. ... Better shoot it a few more times, just to be sure.

*Bullets sucked out of Tenet*

@crungeoneer I think it works because magic belongs to the realm of language and not the natural world. It's not mechanistic - it should be impossible.

If you liked this, there's still (ahem) TIME to catch the last ever outing of The Interdimensional ABK this weekend at London's @lsqtheatre. (3 tickets have been returned for the sold-out Saturday!)

Also, fun fact: When the dinosaurs were alive, the Sol system would have been half way around a complete galactic orbit. Basically, the dinosaurs were from the other side of the galaxy.

My main problem with Time travel movies is honestly that it is a movie plot. lets face it, people CONSTANTLY overestimate their value in the world. Realistically, if you changed something things "might" change but also... eh, most likely nothing would actually really change.

If you haven't read it, you might enjoy The Strange Life of Ivan Osokin.

It's not a plothole if they explain that the gizmotron and the reconfubalor work in tandem to compensate for this very problem. The science is VERY clear on this.
