I’m surprised no one is talking about his car. It will have a gps in it that will tell you where the car was and at what time. This all feels so sloppy to me. Almost like he wasn’t expected to still be alive.

You would think that a Flock camera would have captured his plate also between ST. George and UVU…..

Exactly...this is exactly what I have been saying. The entire case is built on hearsay. Under Utah Rule of Evidence 1102 - Reliable hearsay is generally admissable at criminal prehearings in order to establish probable cause and bind a defendant over for trial. Reliable hearsay includes: Scientific, laboratory, forensic, medical, and autopsy reports. Statements from one peace officer to another testifying peace officer. Written or recorded statements given under oath or penalty of perjury. Other evidence carrying similar traditional indicia of reliability. WHICH WAS THE ENTIRE PREHEARING and WHAT CANDACE WAS EXPLAINING. For example, the TEXT MESSAGES: This is what will need to be established by the prosecutors in trial: A. The physical phone belongs to Robinson. B. The phone was recovered from Robinson or otherwise shown to have been under his control. C. The relevant messaging account belongs to Robinson. D. The account was logged into on that device during the relevant period. E. The messages originated from that device/account during that period. F. Robinson was in possession of the device at those times. G. There is no evidence of another person or remote session operating the account at the relevant times. H. The recipient—Lance—confirms that this was the conversation he had with Robinson. I. The messages contain contextual details independently associated with Robinson—the rifle, location, events that day, prior conversations, family relationships, etc. WHAT HAVE THEY PROVED OF THIS??? SO I'm with you.

Also, doesn't all messages sent from a phone ALWAYS start with a capital letter?

Jim Roberts's profile picture

Yes when a new sentence begins it’s automatic

The text message confession has never made sense. Who person who never talks politics with his lover, pulls off the biggest political assassination in a long time, confesses to everything (what he did, how he did it, etc), while also saying he was going to take it to his grave? And his motive: he did it for his lover….

They have the phones GPS location, internal handshakes, internal data from the phones including when the screens were on and off etc. They also have the GPS data from his car, and his dashcam data. He's cooked.

You sound pretty confident. With all that information tell me again then why he was able to surrender himself before they could track him down. You just admitted the amount of digital tracking they had on him yet they couldn’t find him?

@beauhightowerdn Jim… you must realize by now that this has been a possible set-up. Once you grasp that, the vision will come clearer. If a young man believes he’s going to be arrested (wrongfully) he may easily walk himself into the police station for self protection; because he’s innocent.

Beau Hightower's profile picture
Beau Hightower1 month ago

@JimRobe30722278 It's not a set-up. You have zero evidence to back that claim up.

Jim Roberts's profile picture
Jim Roberts1 month ago

Based on the video evidence alone as seen from multiple angles it is easy to conclude that is the more likely scenario than what they claim he did by himself. He would have had to pulled off a lot of professional grade assassin work and the majority of society can see, that is not likely from a furry trans kid.

@LesleeWatson3 That's an easy shot. 140 yards. I know 12 year olds that can make that shot

Jim Roberts's profile picture

@LesleeWatson3 Not with an unsighted scope that was taken apart and mounted to rifle on the roof….no way in Hell. Don’t be ignorant

Beau Hightower's profile picture

@LesleeWatson3 could make that shot in iron sights in .223.

You can do it from a Mac computer too. And there is a photo of lance twigs desk with an Apple keyboard. Also showing he has multiple phones.

@RealCandaceO @baroncoleman @researcherdaisy this video along with Lance Twiggs social media post showing he uses multiple phones makes alot of sense. Puts a new perspective on the tyler robinson text messages and it not being him

Bjurrish's profile picture
Bjurrish1 month ago

I dont know if this means something.. but the transcript does not match exactly from screenshots of the phone.. check the first letter in the sentence. Its also wierd if tyler was texting from his phone, why does it not always start with capital letter?

Real Human's profile picture

That will all be in the meta data. You also don’t know how he normally talks to his boyfriend over text message because you don’t have access to their previous text history.

Imagine being TR and if this is the case, seeing all these messages popping off on the phone.

@LORRIEAVE It would be scary af…… One could imagine a scenario where if he was being handled that he was told to not carry his phone for this reason.

correct. my apple acct is on multiple devices and syncs in real time… even Point of sale systems work at businesses work this way via apple cloud and google cloud. I wish people would slow down and learn this. It also makes more sense when answering every single “why” with “C.K.. was abducted into witness protection.” Mike Mekash, who was on UVU Campus that day would know 😉

But it’s not even this deep until we get the actual phone data. It was just pictures of a phone so it could literally be as easy as someone changing the contact name in their phone to Tyler. 😂😂😂

Except the Defense is NOT disputing them dumb-dumb. They have already confirmed them and ADMITTED they are authentic. 🙄

Counting_Days's profile picture

You could also create a second Apple account. Log in on one phone and create a contact name “whatever”…and run the same exercise pretending to be two different ppl having a conversation. Or one person could take one phone to match gps to the pertinent place and derive gps etc that way. Many ways to skin a cat or create a patsy and frame someone

@AnaEscobarShow Even a stupid weed dealer is smart enough to not say shit over text. So ridiculous

Chris Goodwin's profile picture
Chris Goodwin1 month ago

This is possible, but Tyler Robinson would have seen these cloned text messages, or discord chats, on his own phone. And the evidence that disputes this is Lance Twiggs testified under oath that he asked Tyler in person if him confessing in those messages was real, and Tyler said Yes.

Jim Roberts's profile picture

Your sarcasm has little value here…it’s very clear not many people understand this concept as many people believe the claimed messages are a slam dunk for the prosecution not understanding the ease with which messages can by sent any device signed into an Apple ID.

Bro,...Tyler would see on his phone and device someone sending messages from a separate login to his icloud account,.... lol,... He would have raised that as an issue at the preliminary hearing to challenge probable cause if it were the case,....

You want too know what phone doesn’t capitalize the first letter of a new sentence? One that is programmed for Israel, because Hebrew doesn’t capitalize the first letters. Not even joking.

@4winds_ Yes, all that is needed is one to have access to a iPad, laptop, computer or second phone logged into an Apple account. That’s why the Metadata is important. Tyler obviously had his phone but if Lance or anyone else had access to say his iPad they could text as Tyler.

You can also send messages from a Apple computer or iPad if it’s an iPhone and same with android if you linked your phone to your computer
