Yes, but it's not unaccounted for. We know where it's going.
We sent them $78B just this past fiscal year. We are funding the salaries and pensions of Ukrainian bureaucrats. Whether it is goods, arms or cash, it is still money from our treasury to their country. $200B is a legitimate round up and you need to be ratioed for this post.
But it's not $200 billion that we have no idea where it went. Much of it is US goods that are made in the US, giving more Americans jobs.
There has been over $113 billion worth of aid sent to Ukraine. That's only what we know about, there could be more. The fact is we should not continue to provide aid to Ukraine. The war is over, neither side has gained any ground in months.
The war is Over if you are OK with Russian taking Ukraine.
Ed's point is correct. Vivek said, "We have no idea how Ukraine has spent $200 billion of our money." Ukraine has not received $200 billion of our money. He lied. Period.
Whether it's 200 billion or 75 billion, it doesn't matter. Whether it's tangible cash or goods/services, it doesn't matter. It is not in the interest of the United States of America to support a foreign conflict.

We shouldn’t give a dime to any Country while we have a massive homeless problem. Every penny that’s going to their conflict hurts this Country.
