The proliferation of hate & lies in the digital space is causing grave global harm. This clear & present global threat demands clear and coordinated global action. We don’t have a moment to lose. My proposals for a Code of Conduct:

Free speech is fundamental in free & democratic countries. Gvts & Global Organizations, such as the UN, that are limiting free speech are very, very dangerous. This never ends well, for anyone.

Translation: “After having imposed censorship on social media during the pandemic we’re now losing ground as free speech and different opinions have now more space on social media. The upcoming elections both in the US and EU represent a threat for the Democrats and the European Ursula’s gang, we don’t have a moment to lose if we want to remain in power. My proposal for a global censorship to silence those who are fighting for a different model that sees individual freedom as a non negotiable value”. Clear, right?

What happens when those in positions of authority and “leading” nations are the main promoters of hate and lies? Would the global action and the proposed code of conduct focus on them first?

How fortuitous, a global emergency suddenly arises and the UN just happens to have a program ready in its pocket to deal with it. Get lost, UN. We are a sovereign nation and we have Constitutionally protected free speech here. This is America.
