@DraykBowen S&C coach here. When you see him look up he is likely looking at a tablet that displays power/bar speed of each rep. When training for power, S&C coaches will use VBT (velocity based training). So not only is he lifting some serious weight, he is moving it FAST. Dudes a DAWG
