Some of the things I see most catholics do during mass, I never witnessed them growing up as an alter boy One person does it and 💥, it becomes a norm E.g, the defiant raising of fist during "Our Father" is what I'm yet to grasp

Hello Fr., I've noticed many posts from priests about proper posture during prayer, but often without explaining the reasons behind it. I believe that providing the rationale for a specific posture would make it easier for people to understand and embrace.

Some priests actually encourage the parishioners to open their hands like the priest. Who do we believe?

How many times are we supposed to make the sign of the cross during mass padre?
