The psycho frames allows one to go beyond the time!

Honestly, the expansion of technology that plays off Newtype abilities is one of my favorite parts of UC Gundam. Unicorn and Narrative really show why Psychoframe technology disappeared between CCA and F91. It's very existence posted an existential threat even nuclear weapons can't match. Everyone in humanity collectively saw what it could do and just said, "NOPE!" Only a few holdouts, like Michele Luio, kept pushing for it.

Federation considered the whole psycommu tech as dangerous, locking away the Unicorns and started hunting the Phenex. Federation also sent a task force to search & confiscate any trace of psycho frames in the short movie Twilight AXIS: Red Trace taking place before Narrative.
