What happened to speaking up and being honest. That’s what AR15 is doing. Speaking his mind and telling the truth. The organization is to blame but yet people except a 21 years old man to step on every team because he’s the QB. How about all of them vets step up and be leaders!? Not everyone is as vocal and outgoing as most want them to be. This is what happens when you mismanage young QBs and or players. Coaches and front offices should be adaptable as well. Dude has played like 30 games in 5 years. 20 of those college but they throw him in there and expect him to Patrick Mahomes. TV analysis and takes are getting so bad, it’s wild.

Pat, you clearly are just reading into the context of 1 tweet here. Had you watched the whole media interview you’d see AR handled it as well as anyone. If Steichen, who is actually in a more important leadership role, didn’t tell him why, that sucks & shows the mess he’s made.

For the reasons you mentioned, that’s why it was Shane, Ballard, even Irsay’s job to prepare this young man over the last 2yrs. Now after saying they would provide him room to grow/develop by playing are back peddling on him for a 4-4 team with more issues than the QB position.
