The question we should be asking is not which programs we cut — it should be why aren't we living in a society in which all of our people have a decent standard of living? Is that a Utopian vision? It really is not.

The best part of Bernie tweets is they're on point and you can hear him saying it in your head in Bernie cadence.
Why are we on the edge of a world war with Russia & trying to get there with China? Our wars against countries since WWII a tenth the size of either have been draws or defeats. & what would average Americans gain if we won? I didn’t get a thank you check from Big Oil for Iraq

Here in UK the tax payers money is being abused by a corrupt government the public services are not supported and the country is falling apart. The middle classes are driven to poverty and rich getting more rich. Greed is the behaviour to have to succeed😡

Why because our government leaks like a bucket with a hole in the bottom. Governments take 50% of peoples earning and where does it go? To pay their friends. it’s lost in waste . $1000 hammers. Endless amounts of administrative waste. Government has not earned my trust

Isn't that the same vision Hugo Chavez sold to the people of Venezuela? You know, the place where Horatio Alger lives today

Phony argument. Living standards always rise along with income. The real problem is government intervention makes everything unaffordable.

Because the government wastes away trillions of dollars every year and not actually helping its own people out much at all.

I speak for all Americans when I say no one speaks for all Americans
