That blue in the anchovies look's unnatural and raw egg yolks? Look's more like a diarrhea at an inconvenient time maybe at work than a Caesar salad! Throwing steak in that abomination is a waste of steak and is also a steak foul.

I had that once at fine dining; it was made right there beside my table. Interesting to watch and amazing to taste! ! I want it again.

You ruined it with all the green outer leaves. I throw most of that out and only use the inner/lower crisp parts of the Romain leaves.

Coddled egg yolk (whole egg warmed in hot water on the guerridon, then separated). Coleman mustard. Oil is added gradually so the sauce doesn’t break like yours is! I made a thousand tableside at the Colony.

We were in Vegas years ago at Hugo's Cellar at the Four Queens. The waiter asked what kind of salad I wanted with my dinner, I asked for the Cesar. Dude came to our table and made it like that but threw pine nuts in there as well. Steak was good, but wasn't a fan of the salad.

That is literally the only salad dressing I will eat. I normally eat my salads with no dressing. Can't stand it. But real, freshly made Caesar with actual anchovies and no shortcut mayo crap? Yup.

I d put the oil first and anchovy latter just for the safe of the wooden bowl, whatever you ll eat next time will taste of anchovy, wood is natural and retain the smell no matter how hard you wash it.
