What a bunch of garbage. The alpha wolf even if at the back of the pack, is still the wolf that dominates the pack. It is still the one calling the shots.

Excellent definition of alpha, but what’s wrong with big, strong, testosterone injected masculinity?

Loneliness is a silent killer, but too many men suffer in silence. Research shows social isolation is as bad for your health as smoking 15 cigarettes a day. God didn’t design men to walk alone. “Iron sharpens iron, so one man sharpens another” (Proverbs 27:17). ✔️ Join a men’s group or Bible study ✔️ Call a brother you haven’t spoken to in a while ✔️ Get around men who make you better Want daily encouragement to live stronger? While this sounds inspirational. It is not correct. This comes from some false inspirational memes that went around the Internet. An alpha wolf does not follow at the back of a pack, driving the rest of them forward. A stallion does that with a herd of mares but a wolf does not.

The alpha is still the strongest in the pack. Nothing changed but where he runs.

The other reason the alpha wolf stayed at the back was to protect the more vulnerable. The alpha had to be the strongest, mentally and physically to accomplish that. As a man, becoming whats needed and doing what’s needed from you is what makes you a leader.

No. Wolves might be a metaphor, but they aren’t the definition. It has to do with alpha/beta characteristics, which is supremely Leader/Follower or Strong/Weak. The alpha has the pack responsibilities, but they also can beat challengers as seen with bears, gorillas, etc.
