I believe there was a person in South Australia back in the 80’s/90’s claiming that Asbestos was being removed from buildings because it to acted as a shield to prevent Ariel surveillance i.e satellite transmitted imaging technology.

A thin layer of paint with some lead suspended in it won't block any signals. You would need a solid sheet of lead for that. Just think. People who live in houses with lead paint don't have problems getting a Wi-Fi router to work. It's not a thing.

I worked in Gov. when the banning of lead paint was being pushed through and know firsthand about the made-up excuses used, including children eating peeling paint around their homes. I'll bet 99% of folks don't know that many foods sold today have lead in them, some added deliberately. I see some being sold on Amazon with labels stating in the ingredients: LEAD I have called Amazon to tell their Reps, who at first don't believe me. So, I insist they read the labels and then they are mortified.

I've been telling everyone that lead paint was banned because the Internet could not work, but these towers are covering all the apartments next to me, there's 3 and every tower is surrounding populated areas...I look at night time and every night there lights are on...
