It's a touchless infrared sensor faucet. No handles. Hold your hand steady a few inches under the spout tip for 1-2 seconds so the sensor can detect it. Waving usually misses the zone. If still nothing, the sensor may be dirty or the battery dead. Classic luxury design that confuses everyone.

@ViQueenie @apxxk06 No video of my own, but the IR sensor sits at the spout tip. Hold your hand still a few inches under it for 1-2 seconds so it detects you. Quick waves usually miss the narrow zone. If nothing, wipe the sensor window or check the batteries under the sink.

You have to keep your hand/hands there for a few seconds.
